First off, play it safe, ||nail arts|| are amazing at hitting him without putting yourself in danger, but that does mean that you can be attacking him constantly, as sometime, he will just be in a bad position for you to be able to hit him, second off, ||shriek should not be used, use shade soul instead, unless you see the perfect shriek opportunity you are likely to not hit the whole spell, maybe take damage in the process, so going for double hit shade souls is definitely more worth it, using that you can make the second phase really short
Thirdly health, in pantheons he only has 680 health, that is actually really small, phase two only has 340, that is 4 double hit shade souls, so the tldr is, as long as you have ressources (either health or soul) the fight will be quick, as you can either trade health for damage and damage tank, or trade soul for 80 free damage, that said if either one of your ressources gets low then it is a big problem
So the absolute 100% consistent strat to beat markoth is to get very good at soul tyrant, and using the 4 lifeblood you get at the bench right before, that way you can somewhat easily get into markoth with full soul and maybe more than your max health
And then you use something like heart to get even more ressource and you simply beat the boss with sheer numbers ||

That is indeed more than you would gather from hitting him with purely nail arts unless you had a full full soul build (hold up let me math some more)
450, assuming 53 damage nail arts is 9 hits
9 hits if you have shaman, nmg, twister, catcher soul eater (not optimal) would be… uhh… 11 + 2 + 6

1. don’t heal in phase two, like ever, when we say "||spam shade soul" for once, we mean it, shade soul, 9/10 times will double hit if you fire at random towards markoth
   Phase two should last like 20 seconds tops
2. you should probably use nail arts in phase one, I say probably cuz your pogos work, but I would recommend just fully doing dash slashes, it is much safer||

Generally healing in ||markoth is… questionable, like getting 80 damage from shade soul is more valuable
At least for ascended||

As for ||oro and mato specifically you have to understand how they attack, basically if both are on the same side compared to you, they will alternate for one attack
And if you are between they will both attack which is very very scary
Usually I try to leave them on one side of the arena, going for quite weak punishes of one or two hits
And if I get pushed back too close to the wall, I go between them, and ddark to get out||

Don’t get stuck between them. Stand your ground and they won’t really progress much. They only attack you one at a time
