• one is located at the very beginning of the game so look for secrets where it started
• one is similar to unbreakable heart/greed and is obtained in the same way
• one is hidden in the center of the forgotten crossroads (look for breakable walls/ceilings
• one is hidden in crystal peak. It's also hidden behind a breakable wall and pretty annoying to find. Look on the left side of the map
• one is located in fungal wastes near a lot of acid
• one is located deep down in deepnest
• another one is located in deepnest as well. It's hidden in the large room with the stalking devouts and flying spiders. Especially check the walls there.
• lastly you can still do some stuff with your grimmchild||

||Equipment wise you seem prepared for it at least from what I can guess based off of your charms. It's a tough fight and it will take a lot of practice tho. I would recommend getting used to fighting with nailarts and spells. Mainly nailarts are great in this fight and you can build your charms around getting soul and healing/spells since nail charms aren't too affective against him and they don't affect nailarts||

Phase one is all about nail arts, you go until you’re one hit short of triggering phase two, at which point wait for a spin and then unleash the nail arts and then all the spells you have. ||
