||Sharp shadow is a crutch. That doesnt inherently make it bad, but its also not the best. If you are used to the charm and are having trouble with shade dash timings, it helps a lot. If you can time the shade dashes well the charm becomes quite useless so better to not get used to it unless you already are||

Combinations of two 1-notch charms also work like grubsong/dream wielder/nailmaster's glory, steady body. I personally find grubsong/nailmaster's glory + steady body works best for me but you can try it out yourself||

For actual strategy, ||you want to be healing at every opportunity. Focus the heavy zotes and soul pinching zotes as they make it hard to heal. Leave the exploding ones and heads as they cause friendly fire. Ignore the ones that shoot from the ceiling, not worth the effort.||

||you can use shade cloak for everything but imo the timing gets harder that way. If you struggle with the boss I recommend trying to keep your shade cloak for the dagger attack where they throw the tiny daggers at you and in case they parry you to doge the counter. You can also use it on the triple slash but only if you're right next to them. Otherwise imo try jumping over it instead. Same for the lunge. Of course as I said you could use it for everything but that just makes it harder imo. Also sharp shadow is pretty bad so I don't recommend using it at all||
