So using ||nail arts and spells is a must, so you put on shaman stone and nail master glory, as for the remaining notches it depends, grubsong is amazing in colo, dreamwielder while it may seem niche can let you get back up to full soul by farming the last enemy of any given wave, mark of pride can be good, as is every other soul gathering charm (soul eater catcher…)

DDark and Shriek are your best friends for the boss. DDark can be used to nullify damage from any attack, including floor spikes during the grounded phase. It can also be used to get great damage + invincibility during the platform phase if she is on the same platform as you. Shriek is great damage, and you can also use Shriek to airstall through sword wall gaps. Just be careful not to use it right before Absrad initiates an attack. Focus on being ready to dodge the attack when it comes out.

To dodge orbs, exploit their wide turning radius by starting with a jump to lure the orb upwards, then moving forwards to fall back down and under the orb. You can also shade dash an orb or two.||

Then when the second phase starts use all ur soul for shade souls and try to get as many double hits as possible. Then do the rest with nailarts just like the first phase. Charms like shaman, twister or nailmaster's glory are very helpful but of course not necessary||

That’s kind of literally all there is to it

Play aggressively. ||If you stand in front of him he basically just has 2 attacks with a 3rd one getting added later.
The first is the jump attack that you can just dodge by standing still and even shriek once or twice for some damage.
The other one is the dash which you can avoid by jumping + pogoing or dashing through.
The third that gets added once you have dealt a bit of damage is the shockwave which can also just be avoided with a shade dash. If it's on cooldown you can also use dive.

Another important info is that traitor lord will never do the same attack more than twice in a row. So for example if he does two dashes you know a jump or shockwave attack will follow.
There is also his glitched "walk" where he just sprints forward a small bit which can be really annoying. You can predict that fairly well. To make it simple there is a chance he'll do that before the first dash attack after a shockwave attack.
For charms I'd recommend the standard strength, qslash, shaman, sbody, eater||
