The usual "fastest" route for a new player is just || getting vengeful spirit, then clearing Hornet then heading down Crossroads entrance to fungal wastes and going straight for claw, those are the only things you need and since there's no boss before claw you can't really die after clearing Hornet ||

|| that's a kinda hard skip and it only helps to actually get to the village a bit faster, I meant that after reaching the first area in mantis village, where there's a massive door in the floor, there's both an upper floor and the ground floor, you're supposed to hit the leftmost lever at the ground floor then loop back around to the right of the room and go through the upper floor until you reach the left wall again, where you've opened a door that allows to reach the mantis claw ||

I feel like || charms are not the main thing for absrad last phase, she has a very neat trick: if you go above the screen by pogoing her, the homing balls will despawn as soon as they go offscreen, so you're very safe up there
As for charms, a spell build I feel is what works best, since you can fight her normally till she does the blade rain, then stock up on soul during that phase, and then camp the lower platform until she's nice enough to warp to you and you can send her directly into climb phase with shrieks ||

||it's a boss designed to be fairly early game however you can fight him whenever you want and continue elsewhere for now if he's too hard||

|| for a more genuine answer, soul master can be accessed very early in terms of gear, so while not being as challenging on earliest gear as other bosses you'll find (or may have found, Idk which path and actions you took before reaching the sanctum) he can prove difficult
Especially because yeah, the bench is miles away compared to any usually previously found boss and most of the ones you'll find later
If you find him too hard, you can go treasure hunt for other stuff and maybe you'll find a great charm or new ability while doing so ||

|| definitely not required at all, afaik you need no previous knowledge of skips or tricks to finish the game without beating him
But he's definitely meant to be killed at some point as part of your "average" adventure

There's not much to say, || if you're getting your worth from dreamwielder the build makes sense, only thing I can point is there's a charm you're missing that eases the pogo sections a lot, aside from that you could try and get another mask, your save is kinda almost done you just need a few useful charms to have everything that's good then it's just a matter of attempting it hard enough ||

|| I feel like the notches given to spell twister dreamwielder soul catcher could be moved around, especially if you find some of the ones you're lacking
The three of them may be a bit overkill on the soul obtaining, I don't know how often you completely run out of soul, and some of those notches could be used in {charms you don't have yet} or even just getting long nail so you can more reliably hit stuff when you dont have the time to charge your nail arts ||

|| Also depends on how far you usually get, if you've seen {last enemy} and feel like you can get to it again more or less reliably you're probably better off building towards it than the previous stuff ||

Then yeah maybe it's a good chance to || take a step back and do some other things, there's no point on hardstucking yourself forever on one of the hardest challenges the game has to offer
By looking at your charms I can say there's a zone you haven't seen yet that will train your movement a lot, and some other enemies that'll also help your fighting to improve
Take a step back, go gather some other stuff, come back stronger and beat those fools to death ||
