you should avoid wall climbing, if the telegraph is over you, u can dash out of the way if u feel u cant move fast enough.

as u get higher in the climb, mainly towards the top, u can jump off of the sides and dash back to lure the beam and shade cloak through it||

||for that boss remember that it's not a boss that you need to beat. If it's really just too difficult you can do it later and explore elsewhere first. In that case I recommend exploring more fungal wastes, especially the right side.
If you do wanna beat it, which I personally think you would be able to do with a bit more practice, here are some tips:
The mantises only have 3 main attacks.
The lunge where you can simply jump over it. Optionally you can slash down while in the air or once you land try to hit them from behind to deal damage.
The dive where you can move out of the way. Most of the time it's much better to just walk instead of dashing away. That way you'll be able to deal more damage and not accidentally dash into anything.
And the disc-throw attack. For that you can see whether the single mantis throws it high or low depending on the mantises location on the wall. If the mantis is a bit higher, she will throw it high and it will then go low once it comes back. If the mantis is lower right above the spikes it's the opposite. Can attack on both of them either before jumping over it or after depending on the type of the attack.

For healing you can easily heal on both of the disc attacks. Make sure you know whether it's gonna be a high or low one by looking at the mantis.
If it's high you immediately start healing and afterwards jump over the disc when it comes back. That one is a little more difficult.
If it's low you just jump over the disc at the start and then start healing.

I don't know if you have reached the second phase yet so I won't spoil anything. If you have and want advice for that too tell me.||

Or watch a playthrough (speedruns won't work, they skip half the palace with some neat but hard tricks) ||
