Even if the attacks would be rng you would still if you are good enough 100% of the time be able to dodge them Whether you get hit or die or not doesn't depend on the rng the attacks are coded in so it pretty much doesn't matter whether they are in. You said it is rng whether you beat them or not. And while the attacks themselves might be rng, if you can dodge them is purely your skill and doesn't depend on rng also making beating the fight not rng dependant||
