||for the whole pantheon I'd use strength, shaman, qslash, steady body. Then depending on the bosses use either grubsong or nailmaster's glory. For the Markoth part for example glory is great. However for pure vessel or absrad grubsong is a much better charm. If you struggle with Markoth and gpz then practice the two in hall of gods. They're tough but you'll slowly get better at it.
For gpz he seems really unpredictable at first but once you learn the attacks and know how to react to them you'll be able to dodge them consistently. Also try using ddark in that fight both to dodge attacks and deal damage.
For Markoth the strat is usually to use mainly great and dash slash in the first phase and then use all of the soul you saved up in the second phase in form of shade soul. Try to wait for the right moment to get as many double hits as possible. He should be almost dead by then. You comfortably heal on the shield spinning attack there||

||For absrad I think my best tip would be that you can remove the ground spikes before the platform phase if you ddark on them. Again you should practice their fight in the hall of gods||

First off, play it safe, ||nail arts|| are amazing at hitting him without putting yourself in danger, but that does mean that you can be attacking him constantly, as sometime, he will just be in a bad position for you to be able to hit him, second off, ||shriek should not be used, use shade soul instead, unless you see the perfect shriek opportunity you are likely to not hit the whole spell, maybe take damage in the process, so going for double hit shade souls is definitely more worth it, using that you can make the second phase really short
Thirdly health, in pantheons he only has 680 health, that is actually really small, phase two only has 340, that is 4 double hit shade souls, so the tldr is, as long as you have ressources (either health or soul) the fight will be quick, as you can either trade health for damage and damage tank, or trade soul for 80 free damage, that said if either one of your ressources gets low then it is a big problem
So the absolute 100% consistent strat to beat markoth is to get very good at soul tyrant, and using the 4 lifeblood you get at the bench right before, that way you can somewhat easily get into markoth with full soul and maybe more than your max health
And then you use something like heart to get even more ressource and you simply beat the boss with sheer numbers ||
