When she lunges after jumping up you should move to the side to dodge, when she throws her needle you jump over and away, and when she does the “silk burst” just try to walk out of the way. If she lunges at you jump over.
The best thing to do is practice, some things that can help are pogoing (downslashing) her to deal damage and dodge lunges our attack her coming out of attacks. You can kind of tell the difference between a “dive” and a silk burst by how high she stops before she falls, is she falls lower it is most likely the burst||

As for ||sly in particular, you should absolutely use nail arts, the fight is really consistent to radiant if you use nail arts||, they are incredibly safe
