They're pretty much just stat boosts because of how simply they work, so don't use them unless you think you'll win that attempt. Otherwise you'll have to go all the way back to ||fix them||

||there are 3 bosses after nosk:

• Flukemarm: I like to position myself next to the water below them and hit them from below with the nail. Then every 3 nail swings you should have enough soul for a shriek that deals a ton of damage. Try to also hit the flukes that spawn with that same shriek to instantly kill them and not have to deal with them. If you do it right you should get into a rhythm that always gets rid of them while constantly dealing damage and you won't have to move too much.

• Broken Vessel: For this boss it's mainly practice with movement in the hall of gods. You can heal whenever it is staggered and whenever it does the upslash attack above its head. Try to get rid of the balloons that spawn as quickly as possible so they don't annoy you while moving around or trying to heal. Nailarts can also be really helpful along with spells that you should use as much as possible whenever you have soul. For its periodic orb spawn attack in the center of the arena you can pogo its head and use descending dark a lot. That should end it pretty quickly.

• Paint master Sheo: For this boss it is really helpful looking at his paintbrush. The color of it along with his movements allows you to see which attack comes next. For the fight I recommend staying at a safe distance and charging nailarts. Whenever he attacks you can dodge it and then hit him with a dash/great slash or even cyclone if you have the time for even more damage. Spells again are also really important and you can heal on the staggers.

For general pantheons with all bindings you should remember to use spells. You only have a maximum of one 6th of your normal soul capacity so use it whenever it's full. It fills up every 3 hits so don't worry about needing that soul to heal. Don't wait with it for the perfect opportunity but just spend it in form of a spell since you will have full soul after 3 more hits again anyway. Also remember to use nailarts. They are really strong.||

Usually a death in dreams just places you outside the dream but on two occasions it places you on a bench which will also kill you in steelsoul||

||sharp shadow and mark of pride are both not great. You should definitely use strength in pretty much every build. Then quickslash is great too. Quick focus and shaman stone are fine. I would go with shaman stone but you might like qf better. So strength, qslash, shaman/qfocus. For the last notches you can pretty much add anything you want. I really like steady body and grubsung but maybe you like a two notch charm like catcher, twister or shape of unn.||

||it feels really strong however it makes you get used to a longer range which is not good and it doesn't increase damage or anything really. The only thing it does is a bit of safety which means getting hit less/keeping hp which other charms can do much better for the same cost or less. For that cost that bit of safety is really not worth it and you can get much better damage charms for 3 notches||
