You can just run a build like shaman stone, strength, qslash, Grubsong, and another one-notch like sbody or nail masters glory. I prefer something with soul eater, qslash, shaman grubsong. Dps in the fight should be a mix but with a lot more spells in the beginning so defo shaman and try to shriek spam the first phase. Maybe twister if you like. You can also try combos like deep focus and shape of unn to get easy heals when learning the attacks. It’s kinda preference-based though ||

||For general false knight advice: He has two main attacks. One where he jumps at you and hits the ground with his mace and one where he hits the ground without jumping which creates a shockwave that you need to jump over.
If he jumps in your direction always try to walk under him. If he jumps away or starts swinging his mace get ready for the attack which creates a shockwave. You can heal after pretty much every attack so that's also good to know although hitting the boss with your nail sadly doesn't give you soul||
