Helpful charms: ||Sharp shadow can help you dash further and nailmaster's glory can help you charge faster. Spell twister can help you spam dives if you have to||

the "||stages" you speak of are a mechanic known as stagger. it makes bosses get "tired/weakened", and is triggered by hitting the boss a certain number of times. this means that its not actually health based, so you can do 1000000 damage and never stagger or do 1 damage and stagger several hundred times.||
