||you can always just heal when he spins his shield. Just go to a platform that is far away and you can start healing if you have the soul. You can also heal when he summons the swords by first luring them away and then quickly starting to heal but that is tight and gets a lot easier if unn or qf||

When they throw low you can jump over it immediately and then heal when it goes up. You can see whether they throw it high or low based on their position on the wall||

For the slow moving one you can just stand on one side of the arena, heal and then jump over when they seperate and fly in your direction. For the other one where they first throw them fast and far away from eachother you can heal in the middle, wait for them and then jump over both||
