For starters you can always just ||dive and use the iframes to not get hit (use the quick cast key for better results)
Second, if you have the space for it, backing away will always work
Third, if you have shade cloak, you can dash through them either on the ground but more safely from above
Fourth if worst comes to worst you can double jump above even the jumping watcher (given that they already bounced once)
Fifth, you can actually almost always find some room to jump under the jumping one and over the rolling one, though arguably often it’s not easy||

Tldr, it is important to be careful about your positioning in the room, cuz the more in the center you are, the more of the previously mentioned options will be available to you

||you can heal when they’re across the arena from you (even if they roll you can get out of the way in time). and also when they’re doing the nail thing is a good time to heal. i’ve noticed it’s possible in the middle sometimes (might be a little hard i haven’t done watchers in a bit).||

He is a speedy boy, usually when bosses get that fast the appropriate response is to slow down
By that I mean that you should not be aggressive, dodging is hard enough so you should limit how you attack the boss, if they do a ||dash, triple slash, just pogo them, once, and hit them back once when they end the attack if you can
Don’t go for any more hits than that, or you will get surprised when they start a new attack
Also you can preemptively jump whenever they start an attack, all of them can be dodge by starting to jump so you are not putting yourself at any risk||

And yes you will need to die some 20 times to them before making any progress in the fighting

||yeah, that's tuff, for getting used to her patterns I'd recommend trying to stay on one platform and dodge her attacks without moving too much. Sometimes rng will make the attack difficult to dodge successfully, but trying to keep in mind where abs rad is for orbs and sword pulse thing is good, as that can allow you to keep in mind where the attack may be coming from after a sword/light wall attack, but it can still be difficult to see. Another tip, she will only attack after the final sword wall or the light wall is past the halfway point of the screen.||

as for most attacks pogos should work

for the ||infection blobs|| just move back and go between them
