It just allows you to heal ||in situations where you usually wouldn't be able to. So if there is like one or two enemies left that are fairly easy to dodge you can wait for them to attack and then start healing while moving away from them. Just try it out and you'll get used to it||

The ||bindings are extra challenges to the boss rush, being reduced nail damage, less max soul gauge, no charms, and less health||

As for the ||boss list, id say dont worry about it as the pantheons introduce more, and youll know if your missing some if a pantheon is still locked||

Yes that's what I was hoping for. You have ||the desolate dive spell which makes the fight a good chunk easier if you know what ur doing. Whenever he is hiding in the ground you can use it while he is below you do make him pop out and be staggered while also being damage and giving you an opportunity to heal. Generally the build I suggested (shaman, spell twister or soul catcher, steady body) focuses on spells so use them as much as possible||

2. "longer dash length" it makes platforming MUCH harder, and you can accomplish pretty much everything without it
