Yes but you gotta think about the fact that there is first of all ||gonna be another boss right after him that will then just kill you so it's either you die on Markoth because you have normal hp or you survive with one and then just die to the next one because you have 2 hp more. And second of all it isn't just removing two hp. You then have 2 notches free again that you could use for something like spell twister which would make the fight much easier and end faster||
