That should help with avoiding the one where he floats across the screen. For the orbs if possible always dash or walk under them instead of jumping over. That way they will touch the ground and disappear instead of circling in the air and possibly hitting you again||

Iirc dashing away and moving a bit away is one safe spot. Heal on staggers. The pufferfish happens every quarter of its health so you will know how far are you from it.
