Also, the style is pretty inconsistent so theres not really any wrong way to do any anatomy!

Id also recommend with coloring, dont use a lighter/darker version of the color. Use a simular one that compliments it! Like if youre shading the blue parts, id lean into more purples for the darker areas

Your shading is very overdone, put simply. The game is very sparing when it comes to shading, and when it does use it, it's either only in the form of very subtle gradients showing dimensions, or if the character has metallic/reflective surfaces.
