Speaking of design-making, I’m working on a hashtag lore important charm for Rufo, and even though I’ve worked out a general design I’m alright with (might tweak it down the line idk) I’m not really sure what colors to use, more specifically for the parts that would glow or sumn

For something thst’s be like an amplifier [dashmaster/sprintmaster, ub strength, quick/deep focus etc] you might want to go with colors that are more like “vibrant”-ish [not too saturated, but more colorful than like heavy blow or sumth idk]

I like to have some reason behind them, but like it’s not all fully a conscious decision

The sorta theming I wanna go for is sorta stuff to do with hunger and revival, with a more cool colored “shell” (that part I might settle on a color easier, possibly blue or silver) with the glowing parts “shining through” so to speak providing a contrast, and thus would ideally have a more vibrant coloration.

And the thing is, I would be tempted to use orange because to me orange feels like a “hungry” color (idk why, just does), but for obvious reasons that would imply connection to the infection even though kinda part of what this charm is about is explaining why Rufo hasn’t succumbed to the infection.

The next color I’d want to use would be white, but that wouldn’t contrast well with the mask part of it since it’d also be white. Gray would also be a possibility, but that’d lead to an overall dark and muted palette even though I’d prefer some contrast and variety in it.
