A backstory piece for my warden Zylarath. Their mother was badly wounded, but a group of miners stumbled across her and the cub. Familiar with the warden, having observed it "watching" them pass peacefully on several occasions, Keira had a feeling it would be intelligent enough to tell they were trying to help. She took charge and decided to have them bring the warden back to town for some well needed medical care.
Though here, they've been walking through the caves for a good while, with the baby screaming its little head off the entire way, while the man holding the lanterns keeps looking nervously back at the motionless mother.
