eh, honestly disagree with your point, not that its a bad point, but i personally know many ppl who have problems with the game unironically but like tc in general, ss is mostly disliked for its small alterations on some aspects of hk such as fallspeed of hornet after a jump, how long the attack hitbox lingers, hornets own hitbox, and things alike, it doesnt make ss bad, but does make it feel foreign in a nit so nice way to ppl who were very invested into hk, overall, there are memers, but thats not the whole truth
ss is good not many argue that, but its also hard to deny that it is controlwise not what most of the core community expected
