The compass presumably granting lifeblood doesn't grant any, and Lifeblood Crux and Lifeblood Nucleus just grant the same amount of 2 and 4 respectively.

Scales off of amount of masks lost, counting for even Joni's Blessing. Boosts increase with Sharp Shadow, unintended double-hit synergy with Mark of Purity.
