I like to not use spells on tyrant and that (with shaman stone, you could add twister)
Gives enough spells to delete markoth, you dont even need to manually do phase 1, if done well you can skip both phases with either shade soul or shrieks (tho I think if you dont use twister you need to do a few shrieks atleast)
