Basically you have to premove every turn
On the first turn,white moves and premoves. It then keeps a backlog of premoves
So white moves and premoves,black moves and premoves,and then it goes through the backlog of premoves,and uses the first legal one as the move. Then white premoves again
Say on turn one you premove O-O. On turn two you cannot castle,there are pieces in the way. So you get a move and a premove instead. But if then one of your previous premoves is legal,you use that as a move,and premove again.
The backlog can also be cleaned up in specific cases. Say,you have pawn premoves but you lose your last pawn,those get cleaned up. But if you lose your bishop they stay,because you still have pawns that could promote into a bishop and satisfy that premove. Would be cleared when you lose all the pawns
