Well, the most meta build is Strength, Shaman, Quickslslash, Steady Body, Grubsong, but it is a bit high skill.
You're better off just using good charms for the first 9 notches (strength, shaman, quickslash, mark of pride or quick focus) and then for the other 2 whatever you feel like that you like (just please not thorns or glowing womb)
And no overcharm is hardly ever worth it if you're not doing hitless or oc as a challege
