It does. Basically, when you complete an ending, you respawn back at your last bench if you reload the save. You respawning happens before the ending you just completed. For instance, you kill the radiance, and get the dream no more ending, then respawn at a bench, BEFORE the radiance was killed, letting you get other endings without them ACTUALLY all happening.
