if you're just doing separate, do nail first if you're a spell build and do soul first if you're nail, cause they dont hinder you too much while still providing some additional challenge and practice for shell and charms

And on P3 you should definitely have strength for nail.

Firstly we're talking about bindings here so it's not just being able to do the pantheon it's being able to do it with a ton of restrictions. When doing hog you can overcharm however you like and have extremely powerful attacks, which you don't have when doing a pantheon with bindings. Furthermore you get a full heal and recovery time after every fight in hog which isnt the case in a pantheon, where you have to do gauntlets of 5 bosses with much less powerful attacks, no buffs and very limited health. I'm not saying you should not heal, I'm saying that the less you are forced to heal the more chance you have of actually beating a pantheon with bindings. Especially for p5 I feel like you should have done all bosses ascended when doing it regularly and preferably radiant when doing ab just because the structure of a pantheon inherently adds a lot of difficulty.

Not even mentioning the nerves you get when you get far on a p5ab run.

Losing in hog doesn't lose you any progress at all, while you might have to restart an entire pantheon from the very end

B- You could overcharm on normal P5. But you don't even need to. You can very much emulate bindings in HoGs. So the fact you can not do bindings doesn't really matter.
C - you can just practice until you leave every fight at full health?
D - however you seemed intent on making sure you didnt need to heal.
E - honestly thats just not even solved by practicing loads either way, how is this relevant.
F - Losing in HoGs can lose you progress if you set challenges in it.
My problem with your statement here is it seems to leave very little nuance 'practice makes perfect and if you're good enough to beat bosses without getting hit you're good enough to tank a few if you're doing a big pantheon and still make it to the end'. And just doesn't note that sometimes you can go overkill.
