P1 is harder than p2 and p3 is harder than both lol, dont worry. I'd say leave p3 for now and try practicing oro and mato in halls of gods. Try not to go in the middle of them because if you do they'll attack you at the same time, and if you do end up there, ddark and dash away. you can dreamnail both at the same time when mato spawns for extra soul. Try to stay away from the wall so that you don't get cornered because they generally attack to where you currently are so if you hold your ground (its good to dash away during their attack and back to hit them when they attack) then it should be fine

First, the phase works by Sly picking a random spot on the map, and moving there.
If he gets too close to you he'll initiate the attack from the position he detected you. He does not target you.
This means you want to stay close to a wall, so when Sly picks that will he will fly into you and attack, so you only have to beware one side.
But still you need to stay far enough away that you can dash away from the spin and stay comfortably away from the wall.
Once you dash there are 3 ways to get damage: Nart, nail or shade soul (also ddark but that's harder)
Nart you just have to charge it, dash away as sly goes into a position you know will spin and turn around and release a great slash, as the size is big enough to hit through his blade. Simple but the slowest.
Nail does more damage tho, but you need ideally mop and/or steady body.
When the attack ends walk into him while attacking
If you have BOTH MoP and steady body you can attack through the spin, which allows 3 hits before he leaves.
Shade soul then comes into play. Any continuation from the nail has time after you hit to cast a shade soul. If you're near the walls this results very often in triple hits which is insane chunking.
