the easiest way to deal with traitor lord and not get hit is double jump away from him every time he attacks. if he does the floor dash, then double jump and dash over him. if he dash a jump slash, do the same and dash through him. if he does his pillar thingy (idk what the attacks are called), either ddive or dash through it. his orange attack will almost never be seen unless you are far away from him, and if he does it then you know that he won't use it twice in a row

try not to force heal, as this is whats getting you hit during your heals. you see how at 16s you got hit twice due to being too greedy with your heals? also again its better to pogo him during his attacks rather than between them, because then you're locked into the animation so if he does an attack whilst you're pogoing then its way, way harder to dodge.

if you want to heal twice during his dancing glaives attack then you can try healing once, repositioning slightly based on their trajectory and then healing again? but i don't know if it even works, since i've never tried and don't remember how i fought basegame traitor lord
