Hmmm... I don't know a build exactly, but for movement you can use sprintmaster, sharp shadow. Maybe you could use Shape Of Unn and spore shroom synergy. It's not very flexible but helps with bosses which don't have much chances for heal. For nails quick slash, fragile/unbreakable strength, you can also use mark of pride and steady body
