so basically whats happening here is that this is the N terminal of the aminoacid sequence for a part of hemoglobin, HBS specifially

the upper one is the correct one,

lower one is wrong cause it has valine. valine makes the structure a bit weird and bald so what happens is that when the hemoglobin gives away oxygen to the body, the hemoglobin kinda crumbles and clots to other hemoglobin molecules. this causes BAD clots in smol veins and you basically have immense body pain. ts is called sickle cell disease cause the hemoglobins are sickle-shaped!

You need to do a small skip to enter fog canyon without isma, if you don’t want to do that and you go for isma it’s also not too bad
