alright so for plats the safest option will be to mainly stay around the bottom 3 platforms and wait for her to teleport in range of you to get nail hits or spells in, the other option is to wait at the top platform and then chase her around but i recommend to do the former until you start getting very consistent at it

basically playing patiently in plats is the key to not getting hit
