Absolutely, but consider just how many vessels there are, theres gonna be more than one thats on the level of the knight, its just most never make it out of the abyss, infact if we consider how few vessels it took climbing out of the abyss to get one on the knights level out there, it might actually be common for them to be extremely powerful

Tho im just basing that on how many vessels we see in game, there could be hundreds more that made it out but just never returned to hallownest, or died in ways that dont leave a body
