yeah, looking into ways to rock climb would be good i agree, having the motivation behind it is like probably important, so if the exercise youre doing is intrinsically fun, its much easier to stay consistent with it, which is good cuz exercise is just helpful in general

if your patch number is 1512, inventory now pauses the game, you can adjust UI size now, you can turn of camera shake, you can cap framerate lower than you used to be
