I do think heavy blow is still worse than quick focus, but not by as much as I initially thought. However, narts aren't always optimal and in any case where they aren't, heavy blow is a hinderance
Where it's only a boon on a few select bosses and only when using narts

I think the downside of it for the 95% of the game where it's a negative outweighs the benefit of it's usefulness in the 5% and so it remains a net negative as opposed to quick focus's net neutral postion

Is there a benefit to more frequent staggers on those bosses?

We're already unable to heal with this build and womb unstaggers the boss regardless so it's hard to capitalize on the stagger for bonus damage anyways

Which I'd argue is another point towards net-negative due to the negative synergy with glowing womb, because normally you'd be able to gain some benefit from more frequent staggers by using them to punish the boss
I think the final charm options are basically unb-greed or heavy blow. Sshadow becomes ever so slightly better without actual dps charms around because it makes shade dash + nart a reasonable punish a lot of the time

And between unb-greed & heavy blow I think blow is worse due to my previously illustrated points
