tc has stated that all endings are canon (for hk atleast, dont think the same has been stated for sk). since we know that and we also know that certain endings dont lead into sk (like ending 2 for ex), then there has to be a middleground.

the most likely one afaik is that each ending is a separate timeline, and it matches with raw hk too in the sense that the 5 endings cant really lead into one another themselves. so maybe p5, or dnm is the correct ending that leads into sk, but it is not more or less canon than any other, it is just the ending that the sequel decided to follow
