To explain in full, TL and AbsRad have walls, and they are only dodgable 3 ways:
Dive, shade cloak and damage tank.
Radiant, no dash no dive is impossible then. If you do enough damage you could technically kill TL before he does the shockwave, but both bosses are eventually forced to actually do a wall, so it's not a technically one in a quintillion.
Well, there is a secret 4th dodge, wings, but this is ridiculously hard to pull off, let alone for an entire fight, but bosses are technically doable radiant wings only item but nobody is stupid enough to try. Yet

With wings you go over TL's head as he shockwaves or you go out of the map for absrad beam walls to despawn

And I believe there's still RNG involved in if you can actually dodge it lol
