Why PV beats NKG:
Ok, taking the fact that Nailsage Sly can do 2 masks of damage per great slash, the same as Pure Vessel and NKG, and great slash does 52 damage with a pure nail (which we can assume Pure Vessel uses considering the spikes they summon utilize a grander version of the pure nail design), that means Pure Vessel does 52 damage per hit, and we can give the same damage output to NKG as the two bosses are restricted to 2 masks per hit for any reason.
Taking this into account, Pure Vessel wins due to having 100 more hp, simply outlasting NKG
