Pretty much just try to use your spells as much as possible. Vspirit with shamman is great for this guy as it can take out his minions and most likely do double hits to him. Ddive is good too. Vspirit is just better for that fight

The thing is that you do need to reposition to dodge AND to get follow up hits. It also doesnt count with strength, doesnt give soul, and obviously doesnt hit half the time (aka a ranged attack)
