I’d honestly say the brooding mawlek, it’s just not important in any way and can be replaced by a platforming section, many other bosses either provide cool lore, essence, fun gameplay, or serve to help aid the player for later parts, or incase you somehow hate zote, kills zote for you, brooding mawlek is also early in the game, around when you just got past the king’s pass and into the forgotten crossroads, if you take a left, then land on or the door, any curious player would just, head there, and then, either beat the boss first try (as their first boss) or die just because the player was curious
