I'd say probably 8-15 hours for a casual first playthrough? Depends on like, if they're hard focusing main story points or end up wandering a lot and doing side stuff like Idk, farming geo for the lantern, hunting down Grubs, etc. If they're more a completionist it might take longer.

Gotta keep in mind that after you get claw, HK has a ton of silly rabbit holes to get lost in
