The dreamers are put into a external sleep to make the protection spell on the black egg impossible to break to stop the infection from getting out. The infection starting getting out and thus causing the kingdom to collapse as the infection spread.

Hallownest exists but none of that civilization stuff, just a bunch of tribes, random bugs, and things called higher beings (ill call them hbs’s) (basically bug gods who usually embody a concept or power) everywhere

The radiance (a higher being who kind of embodies light) who created the moth tribe exists, shes happy and content from being worshipped by her tribe because of her light

Another hb called the pale king strolls in (hes a wyrm who has soul control and foresight and glows too) and finds hallownest

Fast forward ( a lot) because he glowed the moth tribe left the radiance and join the pk, then the pk gave bugs sentience, and established a kingdom called hallownest
Hallownest is prosperous and stuff because of the pale king
Pale king is a good leader (surprisingly) and establishes healthy diplomatic relations with other tribes, bugs, and a few hbs ( I left out a lot for simplificty)
We forgot someone
The radiance
Yeah the radiance is pissed that she was forgotten by her tribe she created
And she manifested as a violent mental infection that ravaged the minds of the kingdom
Fast forward pk’s kingdom is falling
He has a genius plan
Commit orphan genocide to create a being made of void, wyrm, and root (he has millions of children with another hb called the white lady) to seal the radiance inside itself by being hollow (radiance needs will and emotion to infect things)
Vessel is chosen
Vessel fails eventually because it wasn’t emotionless (shocker)
Kingdom falls

Default have a layer around every room when randoing it like that so that people can't fall out forever, then REMOVE ALL PLATFORMING TEXTURES IN EACH ROOM as a default
And then randomize all of the in room platforms and NOT the like transition doors and have it be like huge RNG to if you can get to next door
