To trigger overdose : get enough silk to bind, use all plasmium flask, use tool repair bind (architect ability) and use flasks again until overdose. You loose the effects on sitting on benches! So do that directly in Bilewater||

|| From the bench in the long corridor : go left until you have the fan, activate it by hitting it. Go up left with it. After the room transition, go right to the bottom and then right. From there there is only one way and you get an ability to exit||

||I personnaly like Tacks (Sinner's Road's Wish) for the big hammer guys, and Cogflies (High Halls) for the flying enemies than have cogflies too. Sharpdart (Wormways) can be great when you are cornered. You can also enlist Shakra (get all maps and do her Wish) or Garmond (duel him in the area above Whispering Vaults) for help during the fight, which then allows you to just wait on the ceiling with Ascendant's Grip (Songclave merchant) for the big hammer guys to die, since they can't reach you if you are placed well. Architect Crest (Twelth Architect, the Cauldron) with Plasmium Flask (Wormways) to get Overdose (+9 plasmium masks for special effect) can also be a good method if you are stuck.||

||Also, according the the wiki, only Shakra will be there is you have the requisite for both, so you can start with Garmond and go for Shakra if it is still too hard. Note that it is normal to struggle, this is the hardest arena in the game. Also, get Garmond, I'm pretty sure that's the only way to get him in your Hunter's Journal, and he can be missed otherwise (Journal's total will increase wether or not you fought him)||

I struggle more with the ||aeriel parts with the floor having the coral on the ground restricting my movement though I dont run into it it's just the flying enemies and I also have died a few times from the area with the two big coral guys. ||
