||I'm actually trying to complete some missable content from act II. I was trying to find Garmond, because I heard there was some unique fight only available at act II. Problem is, I have no idea what will start the act III, and I fear I could have done it without knowing it. While looking for Garmond, I found a bud, the thing was crying in my inventory, that was really annoying, and so I quickly found someone who took the thing (in Shellwood, the guy with the Polyp hearts quest). I accepted the quest, thinking I would not complete it now in case it would start act III, but the thing basically instantly devoured me. The game didn't advertise me that I had progress in act III, but I'm now stuck without any crest, and it seems a pretty big thing? Is it related to act III? Because I need to find a way to get back my crests, but I fear that I would star act III by doing so? I like using it a lot because extra damage is always great, and it has been the deciding factor for me in a lot of fights, but I'm currently going through Steel Soul and I'm rethinking my build. I wanna be able to take advantage of the Lifeblood, but I really don't like how the poison charm puts the Lifeblood on a timer before they disappear and explode into that aoe cloud. I wanna know how much damage the poison adds to my tools, cuz if it's a lot less than I thought, I might forego that extra damage in favor of the survivability||
