||You're doing fine generally, what I'd suggest is avoid getting cornered near walls, and only strike the flying ant when it lands with its spear by baiting it to get under you. Don't try hitting it while in the air cause it will only dodge then counter-attack.

When the next rounds starts, focus on one ant, and try to dodge the boomerang throws. Once they rear up to aim, jump up then then drop so they miss. They take a while to aim, so if it's too fast or too slow they'll hit you. Again, don't get cornered.

I'd suggest pogoing more often cause the ants are pretty vulnerable to it, but pogos don't seem to connect, so don't take the risk. I'd say try practicing pogoing after this gauntlet to develop the skill. The platforming sections in Hunter's March and basic enemies make for good practice

Regardless, the small ants are particularly vulnerable to just jumping over them and hitting them in the back, so try that, just don't get cornered||

||You're doing much better! My advice based on this run is to try and play it safer. Keep your distance from the enemies unless you're closing in for a hit. When there's multiple enemies you need to play more carefully, as trying to hit one can often mean getting attacked by another if you aren't careful

Also, if two projectile knives fly your way, you can dodge one and try to hit the other. You may miss but at least there's a chance you'll deflect it. Beats guaranteed damage, right?||

||First I'd advise equipping wander's crest with longclaw. Stick to the floor, and try to not hit the fleas too far up, as they'll fall down with greater speed. There's also a rythm to it, find it and you'll get far. Lastly, you can kind of guide fleas to bunch them up and not have to go from one side to the other to hit them you can also hit from the left or right if you're too late to hit up.||

If this helps at all my strategy was to ||move as little as possible, like stand on the edges of platforms so the straight down fleas won't hit you. And to try not to burn double jump in case you need it. You can also pogo off a flea in an emergency but this is risky. Lastly if I got hit often I could save myself with clawline||

||Even with max tool damage, Cogflies, Pollip Pouch, and 3 needle upgrades, I still can't beat Wailing Broodmother, and it's driving me crazy! The arena is too cramped making it impossible to not get hit, she somehow makes my nail swings miss her and her minions (not to mention they explode and deal 2 masks of damage), and she has way too much health! ||

Does anyone have any tips on how to beat her besides "git gud"? Because I want this fight over and done with before I run out of Bone Shards again.

||Focus on dodging and eliminating the hatchlings as soon as they spawn. Only get a hit in or unload your poisoned cogflies when you have an opening. Don't commit to attacking broodmother cause her launches are seemingly clumsy but very good at catching you off guard. Reminds me of Grey Prince Zote lmao||
