After sisters of the void ending, you can go to wormways, and you'll see plasmium got out of here, and it spreads way out of the wormways, so, you have to act. You go to bellhart (Or fleatopia, or any civilized point) and you'll meet a weaver, who'll tell you about plasma, and say that there is a cure to it in [X], you can access there by going to the location near blasted steps, and you'll see water there, and you must build a submarine, so you ask everyone to help you with it, since, you know, infection is out there, so you go to gather resources for it.
After you're done, you'll be greeted by all the architects/builders of pharloom, that you've met, you give them resources, and you go on an exploration
(Also, probably you could select one crewmate, like shakra or lace, not sure about multiple way selection, since it'd lock you out of big amounts of lore)
