If u're done with all side quest and upgrades etc... try to beat the final boss again, I was in that situation and dong final again made the quest appear after I reloaded the save

OKAY SO, it's a bit of a long one so I'll do a step by step-

||1. You have to complete all the wishes, free all the fleas so that the caravan makes its final move, and also get all the silk hearts (there's one in the final boss room, and another one in Whiteward that requires double jump)||

||2. Speak to the Caretaker in Songclave, and they'll ask you to complete a quest called 'Silk and Soul' which requires you to get four items. One is with the Chapel Maid you meet at the start of the game, another one is hidden underneath the Bellhart Bellway Station, and another one is in a place called Bilewater, which has a boss. The fourth item will be in Weavemaster Atla, in a secret room in the room ABOVE the bench room||

||3. Fight Grand Mother Silk again, and then use your Needolin, and then you're done!||

her healing is mostly she just using the silk to tend her wounds/repair their mask
