1 is intended. This is true of Solaris and Forgotten units as well. The skins have a reskin of the default unit; other tribes get their version of the unit, which is a recolored default.

Btw, Midjiate hasn't yet fixed "Inflation". Инфляция means economic inflation only

I'm sure that money emission has nothing to do with boomchis that inflate ("вздутие" could be an alternative tech name)

Sure. But I think it makes sense to use a portmanteau of two actual words, rather than a transliteration.
