Whenever I answer a call or go out of the app, ect. And come back. The game I’m currently playing gets super laggy. The only fix I found is leave the game through the menu and then resume game

I've noticed this consistently, I'm on Android. The server integration has just never been good. If you wait a little bit, and you have a good internet connection, it usually resolves pretty well. I've never used Apple Arcade, though, and it might be worse.
