Polaris can be pretty oppressive at times mainly cause of their freeze ability. There’s no way to move those frozen units on your turn… which leads me to my solution. Much like how units can unfreeze water tiles around them, what if an unfrozen unit can decide to unfreeze units around them? It would exhaust their attack phase (move and unfreeze), and those newly unfrozen units can still move and attack as normal. I think that would be a good balance.
Not sure if newly unfrozen units should have the ability to unfreeze units themselves in the same turn… would cause like a cascading effect if there’s a wall of frozen units but I don’t know.
Any thoughts? By the way, this is disregarding the current beta changes to Polaris… they really suck right now
